Cancellations made with less than one month's notice may not be refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days of cancellation, using the same payment method used.

Requests to change dates or services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

We are not liable for losses, damages, or situations beyond our control during the provision of tourist services.
